An exceptional journey in the footsteps of the deep friendship between French and American

A unique adventure that encounters descendants of illustrious figures of the American Revolution as well as heroes of the Battle of Normandy

We invite you to explore the centuries-old friendship between France and the United States with a series of exceptional visits and meetings.

The heart of our six-day tour will be this two exclusive invitations:

  • On the Third of July as personal guests of the descendants of the Count de Rochambeau, leader of the French Expeditionary Force to the American colonies;
  • On the Fourth of July, a private invitation to the gala dinner celebrating the 240th anniversary of Independence aboard the Hermione, the ship that took Lafayette to the American colonies in 1780.

Furthermore, beyond visiting the most iconic D-Day beaches like Omaha Beach or Utah Beach, we will also have some wonderful and unique meetings during the historical tour with:

  • On the 6th July, Louis Hatet, the young great-grandson of André Rougeyron, the French Resistance fighter who saved Bud Owens, a American pilot and waist gunner, after the crash of his B-17 bomber in Normandy;
  • On the 8th July, Count Henri du Laz, the owner of the Château de La Fontaine Etoutpefour who lived through the war and his grandparents were killed in it, including the visit of his 16th-century chateau that the battle of Hill 112 left it in ruins.
