ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

ARTLUXURY EXPERIENCE, whose registered office is located at 108 rue Saint Dominique, 75007 PARIS (hereinafter the “Organiser”) wishes to organise a competition entitled ” Serial Contest: Paris virtual Tour 2020″, the winners of which, 2 in number, will be designated under the conditions defined below.

The contest will take place from Monday, April 20, 2020 at 6:00 pm to Monday, May 18, 2020 at midnight (date and French time of connection as proof). This operation is totally independent and has no sponsorship.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

2.1. The competition is free and open to any natural person over the age of 18, residing in France and abroad, regardless of nationality, excluding all persons who have directly or indirectly participated in the development of the competition.

2.2. Participation in the contest implies the irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of the present rules (the “Rules”), available for download on the ArtLuxury Experience website at the following address

2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person (e.g. same surname, first name and email address). Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per person designated as the winner.

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the Participant’s participation being null and void.

2.5 The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and contests.

ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME-CONTEST / TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place exclusively online and by email, on the dates indicated in article 1.

It is offered as part of an editorial series entitled “Serial Contest: Paris virtual Tour 2020”, with 4 weekly articles published on the Organiser’s website.

To validate his or her participation, each participant must duly register (with full contact details) by answering, before the close of the game on 18 May 2020 at midnight, a form consisting of 5 questions, posted on the Organiser’s website as of the publication of the 4th and last article on Monday 11 May 2020.

These 5 questions of this game will concern

– A question on each of the 4 weekly articles relating to the Serial Contest: Paris virtual Tour 2020 published from Monday 20 April to Monday 11 May on the Organiser’s website, in the News / News section.

– A subsidiary question

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

Among all the people who have validly sent their participation within the deadline and in accordance with Article 3, the Organiser will designate as Winners, in order of arrival of the form sent online (date and French time of connection as proof), the first two correct answers to the 5 questions.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The prizes offered to the 2 Winners are as follows:

1) 1st Lot: an exclusive and gourmet picnic (for 2 people) organised by ArtLuxury Experience, on the lawns of the Champ de Mars.

2) 2nd Lot: according to the beneficiary’s preference, and always in the company of Olivier, President and Founder of ArtLuxury Experience :

– A “Gourmet Tour” (2 hours) in the very chic area of rue Cler near the Eiffel Tower.

– Or a guided tour (2 hours) of the Vanves Flea Market

ARTICLE 6 – REMITTANCE OF GRANTS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR THEIR USE

The Contest Organiser will only contact the Winners by e-mail and inform them of their prize and the terms and conditions to be followed in order to benefit from it. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winners will be contacted.

The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated to the winner at a later date. Furthermore, in the event that the Organiser is unable to deliver the prize to the winner(s), for whatever reason, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, which any participant agrees to.

ARTICLE 7 – FREE PARTICIPATION

Participation in this game, including, among other things, the sending of the reply email, which is done entirely on the Internet, may not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is contracted on behalf of the Internet user and for his or her use of the Internet in general.

Thus, by participating in this game, the participant irrevocably accepts this rule of free access.

ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, participants in the competition have the right to access, correct (i.e. supplement, update and lock) and withdraw their personal data. The personal information of the participants is collected by the Organiser solely for the purposes of monitoring the competition, and is essential for participation in the competition.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The Organiser cannot be held liable for the impossibility of contacting each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organiser may also not be held liable for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details communicated by the persons having taken part in the competition. Furthermore, the Contest Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, which remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority.

The Organiser reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without incurring its liability.

However, any modification will be the subject of an addendum which will be put online on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has made a written claim in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 below.

The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of any malfunction preventing access and/or the smooth running of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. The use of robots or any other similar process allowing to participate in the contest mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, the violation of this rule leading to the final elimination of its director and / or user.

The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including computer fraud in connection with participation in the contest or the determination of winners. It reserves, in this case, the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES

The rules can be consulted online and downloaded freely and at any time on the Organiser’s website until the end of the game.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW

The participants unreservedly admit that the simple fact of participating in this contest makes them subject to French law. Any dispute must be sent to the address mentioned in article 1, or by email to: contact@artluxuryexperience.com at the latest on the closing date of the game.
