Claudia and her group of 28 guests for 3 days in Paris

We are a tour operator from Austria specializing in top-class music and cultural tours. Following the river trip on the Seine that we had organized, we had planned a great post-program in Paris for our customers. We organized some of the program items and the hotel ourselves, but we needed help for guided tours and transfers. After we had a bad experience with another agency, we were looking for more professional help at very short notice and came across Olivier and his agency. FORTUNATELY! It was extremely pleasant and easy to organize the program and our wishes with him. We also had last-minute changes and requests. These were implemented without any problems. The organized buses and drivers for our group were great. The organized German-speaking guide was wonderful as well and our group felt completely comfortable. The employee Hugues was there at the beginning and at the end. He helped us with the transfers and was also a huge support. Olivier was always available and tried to answer and implement my questions and requests as quickly as possible.
